Safeguarding your services from potential fraudulent activity is crucial. To enhance your security, follow these essential steps:
- š Use Strong Passwords: Ensure your passwords are complex and unique to minimize the risk of unauthorized access.
- š”ļø Keep Your Passwords Secure: Avoid storing passwords in plain text on your computer or writing them down on paper. Consider using a reputable password manager.
- š« Avoid Storing Credentials in Emails: Never email or store your credentials in your email accounts, as this can expose you to potential breaches.
- š Enable 2-Factor Authentication: Whenever available, use 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
- š Block Unused International Destinations: If you donāt need to make international calls, request that these destinations be blocked on your account.
- š Regularly Update Your Passwords: Change your passwords frequently, at least once every quarter, to keep your accounts secure.
High-Risk Call Destinations:
Due to the common occurrence of toll fraud, we have implemented additional measures to protect you from unwanted costs. Certain high-cost destinations, such as Angola, Palestine, Mali, Satellite Call Networks, Sudan, and others, are blocked by default. This is to reduce the likelihood of fraudulent activity and safeguard your account from unnecessary charges.
