Payment Method and Auto-Topup

How can I update my payment method?

To ensure uninterrupted service, keeping your payment method up-to-date is essential. Here’s how you can update your payment information:

  • Login to Your Account: Access your account dashboard by logging in on the VNDPBX website.
  • Navigate to Dashboard: Select the ‘Auto Topup’ button from the dashboard and Add your Payment Method

  • Update Payment Method: Click on ‘Add New’ or ‘Update Payment Information.’ Here, you can add a new credit card or update your card details.
  • Automatic Payment: After entering your new payment details, you can also enable auto-topup option this way your account will be automatically charged upon hitting your minimum balance.
