What personal data is collected?
When you browse our Website or fill out any form, we may collect additional information, such as session durations, page impressions, and IP addresses. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you like to view the information; correct, change or delete any personal or business information we have about you, please contact our support.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Any media file uploaded on the PBX Portal is saved in our cloud storage. Most of the time these files are encrypted. All other recordings are also saved on cloud storage globally. Please talk to you in case you have any concerns.
These days web browsers are initially set to accept cookies. However, users can customize their browsers so that certain types of cookies or specific cookies are rejected. Users can also delete the cookie files at any time.
To provide the best possible experience on our PBX portal, some actions are saved to a cookie file so that the website can recognize you when you revisit. Rest assured that these cookies cannot in any way be used to access your computer and do not allow you to identify yourself.
We saved most of your data in metadata and it is retained indefinitely. This is so we can identify any customer in future. The data is then placed in an archive block of cloud storage which can only be accessed on a needed basis.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information
If you have an account on this site or on our PBX Portal, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
